INS Data Release 2.4.0
This data release was used along with the INS Data Model 2.4.0 for the 3.4.0 release of the Index of NCI Studies on June 11, 2026.

Key Changes
- R4R Conversion: New module to handle one-time conversion of ~270 resource-specific markdown files provided by the Resources for Researchers (R4R) team into TSV compatible with the INS Data Model
- NCI Data Catalog: Curated 16 non-overlapping resources from the NCI Data Catalog
- New Resource Packaging Workflow: New independent module to process curated resources. Validates, assigns UUIDs, standardizes formatting, and prepares for INS data loading.
