INS Data Release 2.4.1

This data release was used along with the INS Data Model 2.4.0 for the 3.4.1 release of the Index of NCI Studies on July 9, 2026.

Key Changes

• Resources Update: Updated existing resources to address content issues such as outdated links and duplicative records
• Automated Testing: Added testing coverage for all data gathering scripts and added infrastructure to automatically run tests when requesting a change to the repository
• Repository Cleanup: Standardized general repository structure and files to improve reproducibility, clarity and security
