Homebrew already auto-generates version bump PRs for ccextractor via BrewTestBot (livecheck). Recent releases (e.g. 0.96.6 via #268459, 0.96.5 via #261369) were automatically bumped without needing this workflow. Removing this avoids unnecessary CI runs and simplifies the release process.
