…or#299) * Add DB migrations support to sample-platform - It is required since we may be performing schema update in the future and do not want to do it manually like now. - Now we can have a git-like management of database. - We have to manually migrate the database on a change. closes CCExtractor#257 closes CCExtractor#253 fixes CCExtractor#285
