Adding latest UI screenshots / GIFs

I agree that having the latest screenshots and GIFs directly in the README would make the project more engaging and informative — especially for new contributors and users who want a quick overview of the frontend’s current state.

Right now, the only visuals are under the GSoC report, which makes them less accessible. Adding updated visuals to the README would:

Showcase the most recent UI/UX changes

Highlight new features and improvements

Help users understand the interface without running the code

It’s a small addition but would really improve the project’s presentation and documentation quality.
