What this does

Adds a short "What's next after filtering your IMU?" section to the README, placed after the "More info" block as suggested by @mintar in #231.

Hmm... the CI failure appears to be a pre-existing rosdep issue on Noble unrelated to this change. Happy to rebase if needed once the CI is fixed upstream?
