UEMtomaton v1.7

NOTES:

This edition requires the addition of ALL .dll files within the Soloist MotionComposer library (including SoloistCore and AeroBasic).
The program must be run in Administrator mode.
To enable SelectiveInSitu Mode, you must install LiveDifferenceImaging and Selective_In_Situ into DM in that order.
In the DM scripts, you will have to change the file paths for "InputFileTest.txt" to "C:\InputFileTest.txt".
The same must be done for "SIIFileInput.txt" going to "C:\SIIFileInput.txt".
Please be make sure to use "\\" where necessary.

You must install "ReadInTextFilePath.s" as a global/library script, not a "Custom" menu script.

Feature Addition:

Allowed for the customization of keypresses to reach the DM scripts. These can be found in the "Settings" tab.

Known Bugs:

Delay stage continually spams the delay stage side of UEMtomaton on disconnect, even though asynchronous worker is disconnected. Problem is being investigated.

Included new functionality to dynamically search for different DigitalMicrograph window names. This is in response to DM changing window titles when different cameras are used.

• Adjusted undeclared variables in Selective_In_Situ
• Adjusted SII writer to allow for proper DM translation of text files
• Adjusted selective in situ mode text boxes to only update on losing focus (prevents exception from appearing unless an incorrect value is input on losing focus)
• Changed single = mark in if statements to == for assessing connection healths

UEMtomaton v1.2

Generalized the previous bug fix to apply across the entire system in a more fluid manner by swapping the doubling factor from a localized position in scope to a more global position.

Only UEMtomaton.exe was changed.

This version is compatible with x86 systems. All licenses written previously apply to this version.
