This is the first Charles Morgan Software Android release of the PicoClaw mobile wrapper. It preserves PicoClaw's Go core behind a native Kotlin and Jetpack Compose interface with Chat, Runs, Settings, persistent session memory, provider profiles, typed approvals, AccessibilityService tools, and explicit MediaProjection consent.

Qualification
- PicoClaw Go mobile, session, OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic, and Gemini provider suites passed.
- Android JVM tests, debug assembly, release APK assembly, release bundle assembly, and release lint completed successfully.
- The signed APK installed successfully on a clean Android 34 Vision emulator, cold-launched in 1.058 seconds, and accepted real text input with the visible keyboard.
- The APK pulled back from the emulator matched the release APK byte-for-byte by SHA-256.
Google Play distribution remains pending its required testing and review process. This release has simulator evidence but does not claim a physical-device qualification receipt.
No provider API key or account credential is bundled. Users supply their own provider configuration, stored locally using the Android Keystore-backed credential envelope.
PicoClaw Mobile is a Charles Morgan Software wrapper around the upstream sipeed/picoclaw project; it is not an official upstream mobile release.
