Re-worked the ".txt" format file reading a little bit.
Re-added the default/gender sex imputation with an error handling check to prevent the user from using it when the required packages aren't installed.
Modified the registration number processing function by removing any records that are all zeroes.
Modified the default sex imputation option to execute faster and avoid creating unnecessary tables.
