By using the Cachet API, you can input a slack UID and then make that pfp more jolly :D
Alternatively, you can just upload an image directly and then get back a jolly image instead!
Alternatively alternativly, you can upload an image and then manually make it jolly with the jolly tools™, there are quite a few indeed :p
