• Update DROUGHTS workflows:
  • 02 Agricultural drought:
    • Fix use of available water capacity (CLIMAAX/DROUGHTS#32).
    • Fix for MapSPAM dataset access, update to V2r2 (CLIMAAX/DROUGHTS#35).
    • Replace water balance model (CLIMAAX/DROUGHTS#34; see description for a before/after comparison).
• Update HEAVY RAINFALL workflows:
  • 01 Extreme precipitation:
    • Fix bug in BIAS_CORRECTED cKDTree query (CLIMAAX/HEAVY_RAINFALL#15).
    • Fix a link.
• Add Community of Practice webinars to drought hazard overview page.
