Upgraded electron-builder from ^24.9.1 to ^26.8.1: Resolves 7 transitive CVEs in app-builder-lib, dmg-builder, builder-util, electron-publish, http-proxy-agent, @tootallnate/once, and tar. Eliminates all high-severity tar path traversal vulnerabilities.
Upgraded webpack-dev-server from ^4.15.1 to ^5.2.4: Resolves 1 moderate CVE in the development server. No API-breaking changes required due to the clean devServer configuration in webpack.config.js.
