v0.37.0
An unsupervised run can no longer certify its own review, and small sub-issues stop paying for
a full cycle each. Three threads. The board-expert auto-loop's review gate now requires
-RequireIndependentReviewer (#623): evidence authored by the run's own identity does not count,
Board-ReviewGate.ps1 -RecordReview refuses outright if the acting identity matches the PR author
(#622), and a spike into the official Codex plugin as a cross-vendor reviewer (#621) found it not
yet invokable in this harness — documented as a known gap (#637) rather than silently declared
done. /board work gained a batch-start mode (#633): -StartGroup / New-BoardPR.ps1 -Issue n1,n2 lets several small, sequential sub-issues of one epic share a single branch/PR/gate/merge
instead of a full cycle each, and the merge-confirmation contract (what was done, what was
verified, what to expect after) is now part of /board work's documented step 5 (#631) alongside
a default test-scope rule — scoped to the touched area, escalating to the full suite only for
shared/foundational files or an epic close, stated out loud (#632). Separately, the expert role
catalog gained a third tier: ~/.agentic-board/roles.json merges between the factory preset and
a project's local file, so a role useful across several of one's own repos (e.g. a PowerBI/DAX
role) can be declared once instead of copy-pasted into each project (#640).
Added
- A user-level global roles tier for the expert role catalog (#640). Precedence: local
overrides global (~/.agentic-board/roles.json) overrides factory, reusing the existing
union/replace merge applied twice rather than a bespoke three-way merge. Resolved via the same
Get-AbiosStateDir -Root $HOMEconvention already used for machine-wide state. /board workbatch-start mode (#633):-StartGroup <n1,n2,...>andNew-BoardPR.ps1 -Issue <n1,n2,...>let small, sequential sub-issues of the same epic close through one
branch/PR/gate/merge instead of a full cycle per issue.- The merge-confirmation contract is now documented in
/board workstep 5 (#631): what was
done to approve it, what was verified, what to expect after merging. - A default test-scope rule, documented and applied: scope local test runs to the touched
area by default; escalate to the full suite only for shared/foundational files or when closing
out an epic, stating the reason out loud (#632).
Changed
- The board-expert auto-loop's review gate now requires an independent reviewer (#623):
Expert-Auto.ps1instructs the run to pass-RequireIndependentReviewerto
Board-ReviewGate.ps1, so review evidence authored by the run's own identity is excluded. Board-ReviewGate.ps1 -RecordReviewrefuses when the acting identity matches the PR author
under-RequireIndependentReviewer(#622), closing #541 at the design level: self-certified
review can no longer pass silently.
