Machine housekeeping gets its own command, /cleanup, so /board is only about GitHub. It also
fixes where the disk actually went.

Added

  • /cleanup (new command) with the internal cleanup-ops skill. Every verb plans first and acts
    only on one confirmation. The menu is written in English, and the agent relays it in the user's
    language.
    • /cleanup sessions: the sweep that was /board close-cycle --all (#734). It is scoped to the
      current repo by default, with -Scope orphans for the sessions whose folder is gone.

    • /cleanup transcripts (#736): compresses old session transcripts into
      ~/.claude/transcript-archive/<project>/<session>.zip, indexed by title, folder, branch, issue
      and dates. find searches the index and restore puts a transcript back byte for byte (the
      SHA-256 is verified). It never compresses the transcript of a session the desktop app still
      shows (it reads the app's own cliSessionId / isArchived metadata, read-only) or of a running
      session. The original is deleted only after the zip reads back identical.

    • /cleanup disk (#737): one report of what fills ~/.claude. --force cleans only what is
      provably safe:

      • compaction copies whose original transcript still holds them;
      • old plugin builds, through the same path as plugins clean;
      • the current repo's stale .agentic-board state.

      Transcripts are reported only, because they have their own verb. Big folders the tool does not
      own are listed and never touched.

    • /cleanup plugins: moved from /board plugins.

  • /board work lists parked work first: open draft PRs labelled parked, with their issue and
    the command that resumes them (#735).
  • A console-output ratchet test. New scripts must print English, and the 371 Spanish messages still
    in 32 older scripts are frozen per file, so they can only go down.

Changed

  • The PreCompact hook no longer copies the whole transcript into <repo>/.agentic-board/
    (#737).
    That copy was a verbatim duplicate of the transcript Claude Code keeps (1.7 GB on one
    machine), and it carried the global CLAUDE.md into a repo folder. The hook now appends a one-line
    marker (when, trigger, repo, session, transcript path and size) to
    <ClaudeHome>/agentic-board/compact-markers.jsonl. /cleanup disk removes the old copies.
  • /board drops plugins from its menu. /board plugins and /board close-cycle --all still work
    for this release as aliases routed to /cleanup.
  • The sweep script is renamed Cleanup-Sessions.ps1 (it was Board-CloseCycleSweep.ps1).
