The combat update! Overhauled diplomacy, supply and economy. This is a major update, meaning loads of new features and bugfixes! Like previously, simply download the new .zip and run installer.bat in the base folder to get started.
Patch Notes-
New Features [Combat]
- Added a new supply & logistics system that requires fiscal & goods maintenance for all units
- Added real movement to units that factor in distance & infrastructure in a province
- Added national modifiers for supply
- Air units no longer have unlimited range!
- Armies can now be sorted by attrition, alphabetical, chronological, numerical, roman, size, speed, strength, and type
- Multiple waypoints can be added to moving armies
- Overhauled Military HQ & order of battle tabs
New Features [Diplomacy]
- Added co-op menu and the ability to resign and start a new country
- Added dynamic CB's- wars can now escalate/deescalate based on custom conditions
- Added new wargoals- Create Client State, Demilitarization, Feudal Conquest, Free Oppressed People, Secure Buffer State, Seize Stockpiles, Steer Trade, War Indemnities, War Reparations
- Infamy now scales w/ the severity of peace treaties
- Overhauled peace treaty UI and mechanics
- Overhauled wargoals! They can now be added and removed separately from a peace treaty
- Players can now claim existing countries with no players
- Players can send volunteers to wars
- Players may contest war leadership, merge wars, or intervene in them at a PC cost

- Added ability to view provinces and cities directly from the map
- Added dropdown selection for mapmodes
- Added logarithmic scale to mapmodes
- Added Population mapmode
New Features [Moddability]
- Added ability to custom-script CB's
- Added ability to custom-script wargoals
- Added debug $log command to view data structures remotely
- Support for historical scenarios. Simply replace
database.jswith a custom scenario to run!
Rebalance
- Added national modifiers for infamy, peacetime mobilization
- Pop growth has been rebalanced to be more realistic, and will be heavily reduced during occupation
- Rebalanced manpower costs for military units
- Slowed passage of in-game time by 50%
Bugfixes
- Added proper support for player co-op's
- Blockade unlocks should now be functional when starting the game in 1500
- Constructions should no longer be duplicated
- Fixed air interceptions
- Fixed army duplication bugs
- Fixed pop display bugs
- Fixed prestige gain
- Fixed visual cities cap bug in diplomatic overview UI
- Modifiers now have hard caps to avoid negative overflows
- Optimized player graph generation
