Installer Release v2.8.2

This release adds a new implementation of MOVECIR which utilizes MovePvt to achieve coordinated XYZ+U motion. It has been tested on Automation1 but not yet on A3200. The A3200 implementation uses the PVT Aerobasic command. It also adds a potential fix for MOVETO not halting gScript execution until motion completes under A3200.
