Fix catalog parsing for descriptions containing CR/LF line breaks. The client preserves those descriptions exactly while continuing to reject other control characters and line breaks in model identifiers and other text fields.

The full package gate passed, including 64 tests, and independent review found no issues. The corrected client parsed the actual public Gateway catalog with all 291 models, including seven multiline descriptions.
