• npx @cuny-ai-lab/pi-workshop (macOS/Linux) or npx.cmd @cuny-ai-lab/pi-workshop (Windows PowerShell)
• Installs Pi via LazyPi, installs the CUNY AI Lab provider, verifies and stores your API key through a hidden prompt, and loads the model catalog
• Native Pi provider with dynamic model discovery from the CAIL gateway
