Order of graphs does not match tree order

The graphs are not being displayed in the same order as they are defined in the Graph Trees. That is, I create a graph tree with, for example, 12 graphs for 3 clusters. I order them such that the columns should line up for each cluster. Thus, each row would show a similar graph for each cluster. But, they appear to display randomly. I change the order in the Tree with no effect.
However ... if I create a Nectar report, that simply has the Tree as an item, then in the Nectar Preview, they do display in the order I specified. Thus, whatever Nectar is using to order them, might be helpful to the Cycle ordering.

I'm going to reopen this as it's an enhancement that should be done at some point when we have time. It's probably just a case of pulling in the code that handles trees from Monitor.
