Proof of concept release

Manualy uploading files built from this project, and the tensorflow model files built from the job_ad_identifier project.

This is usable in firefox by unzipping the content of the file to a directory,

then in a firefox tab navigate to the about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox page, select the Load Temporary Add-on... button and select the manifest file in the unzipped directory.

This will install the extension, selecting the new AppTrack icon for the extension will allow you to run the job identification script on the page you are currently view, or add the page you are currently view to a list of pages the script should always be run on.

This is very much in a proof of concept state.
