Vision Edge Attenuation v0.3.2

Adds an Edge Attenuation slider to Region behaviors using Adjust Darkness Level. The visual transition follows each region's native shape without changing its darkness configuration or geometry.

Also includes English and Brazilian Portuguese labels and updated documentation.
