Shortcut Manager 2.1

Mostly resolved bugs from v2 and enhanced already made features:

• Added new colors to the buttons border
• Added a whole new button for steam shortcuts, for convenience
• Option to disable icons on popup menu

Bugs resolved:

• Added compatibility with window scaling (mostly for latptops)
• When changing icon, it changes adjust the scale too
• Resolved bug when editing a steam shortcut
• Saves window size when app resets itself
