Transform & Paste adds previewable local text/code transformations, reusable snippet templates, keyboard-first quick actions, and template-aware backups.

Use the x64 setup executable for most Windows systems, or the MSI for managed deployment. Windows SmartScreen may warn because Clipboard++ is not yet code-signed.
