Release Build v0.2.0

Redesigning some important parts of the engine and revising the syntax slightly.
This is a bigger version with the new test inclusion of:

• Enums
• Randomizer Functions
• The ability to pass a block of code into a function via "({})"
• Ceil and Floor for Floats -> Ints
• An Updated Editor
• Added Comments Via "//"

Pre-release v0.1.0

The first release of NanoBB. In this version it includes many basic features:

• DOM API
• Basic Editor
• Compilation Flags
• Safe Mode
• Esoteric Mode for experimental "joke features"
• The ability to embed your own custom builtin functions through the same system that the stdlib uses
• Type Specific Functions to specify operations
  This is a test build as more major releases come out.
