v2.7.1 — choose your opening view
DJI cameras never write an opening view into 360° panoramas, so they open facing wherever the stitch seam happens to be. This release fixes that end to end.
New: dji-embed panoedit — point it at a folder of panoramas and it opens a local editor in your browser: drag and zoom each pano to the view it should open with, watch the live readout of the exact GPano values, hit Save (originals are kept beside each file), and it moves to the next one. Saved views are honored by the photo map's 360° viewer and by Google Photos. In the desktop app this is the new 360° views mode. (#440 — requested by EyesWideShut on MavicPilots)
New: photomap --pano-view-thumbs — popup thumbnails for panoramas with a saved view become square crops of that exact view instead of the distorted 2:1 strip. Also a checkbox in the desktop app's Photo map options. (#441)
Fixed: the mtp-copy.ps1 helper now finds flight records on the DJI RC 2, which stores them in a different folder and without the DJI filename prefix older controllers use. (#463)
Why 2.7.1: v2.7.0's PyPI package crashed on installs without the [terrain] extra (an eager Pillow import — caught by our own fresh-install check within minutes, fixed in #466, and 2.7.0 is yanked on PyPI). Binaries were never affected.
