Bug Fixes

  • Fix push deadlock in the freshness check: it now compares the remote branch against the merge base instead of comparing the two trees directly, so unpushed local commits no longer trigger an endless pull/push loop.
  • Exclude gitignored tracked files (e.g. .DS_Store) from verification and the push plan, fixing "Remote verification failed".
  • Clean up temporary snapshot directories: snapshots are removed after use, and stale ones are pruned before each download.
  • Add a "Please log in again" hint when the Overleaf cookie session is invalid.
