  • install background-downloaded bundles while the app is in the background, so updates apply without requiring the app to stay active
  • keep the previous bundle active when a background reload fails, preventing the app from getting stuck on a broken update
  • report the installed bundle correctly when handing over stats from background/headless tasks to the plugin
  • Android: fix stats ownership handover between the plugin and background/headless processes to prevent lost or duplicated adoption events after restarts and concurrent updates
