Per-Session Storage Architecture

  • All hooks now create unique timestamped files per event
  • Format: YYYY-MM-DD_HHMM_MT_{sessionId}-{hookType}.json

  • src/utils/hook-storage.ts with shared storage utilities
  • generateHookFileName(), writeHookData(), and more

Removed
