sorry for the late release but had a few issues with the empty folders function

NTFS scanner now here!

• added the NTFS scanner (NEEDS YOU TO RUN THE PROGRAM WITH ADMINISTRATIVE ACCESS)
• reason for the admin access is basically windows protects your MTF data and doesn't allow user access cuz there is actually sensitive stuff on there, i didnt put any checks for if the program is ran with admin access, it will just crash (as said in bugs)
• there is nothing on this program that does anything it just scans your NTFS drive, check with virustotal if you find it necessary (be safe on the web, specially in github fellas)
• every command added (except full scan)
• the old commands are there still in the code but the build only uses the NTFS scanner

bug fixes

• stuff im too lazy to tell just check the pushes
• some bug with empty folders where it would terminate and overflow trying to look for empty folders

Known bugs

• the scanner will crash if it's not ran with administrative access since it needs it (no checks for it cuz im lazy)
• sometimes it takes forever for the drive space to give u the drive space stuff, no clue why
