ReelPull 0.9.1

Licensing fix. The bundled ffmpeg is now an LGPL-only build produced by us from the unmodified upstream 9.0.1 source, replacing a third-party GPL-configured build. No features change: ReelPull never used the GPL components (the capped presets remux without encoding; the Pro preset uses the native ProRes encoder). Configuration, source and checksums: https://reelpull.app/licences

New: Settings → Open Source. Shows the engines ReelPull is built on, reads the bundled ffmpeg's configuration live, and reveals the licence texts, which now ship inside the app.
