Moderation is now visible in chat

Deleted, timed-out and banned messages are marked the same way the desktop
client marks them — the message text gets struck through and a coloured tag is
added to it:

• (Deleted) — grey
• (Timed Out) — yellow
• (Banned) — red

The tag itself is never struck through, so it stays readable. A ban or a mute
marks the user's whole visible history, not just the message that triggered
it, and unbanning clears the marks again.

Fixes

• Badge order — now level, gift sub, subscriber, other badges,
  moderator/broadcaster, 7TV badge, then the nickname.
• Long-press on a nickname no longer starts a text selection on the :
  after it — the menu opens properly every time.
• Pinned message links open in the external browser like every other chat
  link, instead of loading inside the app.
