docs: align wiki with canonical repository documentation
sync: bring wiki pages up to date with main (v7.0.2) and fix cross-links Getting-Started.md and Roadmap.md still reflected the v6.0.0-era README/ ROADMAP.md content (pre-v7.0 release), missing the entire v7.0.0 feature set and roadmap entry. Re-synced from the current README.md/docs/*.md. Nearly every cross-reference across the wiki (./ARCHITECTURE.md, ./WEBHOOK.md, ./OBSERVABILITY.md, ./adr/, etc.) was copied verbatim from docs/ files that use paths relative to the repo's docs/ folder. Those don't resolve on the wiki, which has a flat page namespace with no folders. Converted same-wiki references to their wiki page URLs and everything else (ADRs, DOCUMENTATION.md, MIGRATION guide, CHANGELOG.md, CLAUDE.md) to absolute GitHub blob/tree links pointing at the current docs/ locations. Also fixes the Getting-Started.md "Live Demo" section: it linked to a non-resolving *.example.com placeholder and the superseded integrationEngine-use-example repo instead of integrationEngine-demo.
