Perch v0.0.5

Perch now shows Codex quota usage and the time until its reported reset. The panel uses the most consumed quota window, rounds usage up, and hides the row when the session provides no quota data. Units are translated in all 11 interface languages; the diagnostic CLI also reports quota metadata.

Panel rows now come from a shared, tested catalogue. Additional tests cover quota updates, events without rate-limit data, and clearing quota when a session resets.

Validation: 150 tests passed, strict-concurrency compilation passed with warnings treated as errors, and the release DMGs are Developer ID signed, notarised by Apple, stapled, and verified with Gatekeeper.

Download Perch.dmg, open it, and drag Perch into Applications. Requires macOS 14 or later and a Mac with a notch. Quit the existing Perch before replacing it, then relaunch.
