Verify the tag's commit, successful Publish Release, all platform archives/checksums, Apple signature/notarization, installed CLI version/XBRL commands and Homebrew update PR/installation before closing CD-1816. Retain production Homebrew pull_request.enabled=true; its update remains a separate review. Existing downstream snapshot-rebuild work is tracked separately and is not replayed here.

This does not claim independent review occurred or that the aggregate test is already clear. No credential, scope, approval rule or monitoring setting changed this turn.
