• Tool-result images are bounded before every model request: the resizer now picks the smallest fitting encoding (screenshots that PNG-encoded at 2-3 MB now ship as ~10x smaller JPEGs), the default per-image cap drops from 4.5 MB to 1.5 MB, and each request carries at most 2.5 MB of image bytes in total — older images are replaced with a placeholder telling the model to re-read the file if still needed. Prevents conversations with many screenshots from exceeding proxy request-body limits (#54).
• Proxy-level HTTP 413 rejections ("Request Entity Too Large" / "Payload Too Large") are recognized as context overflow, so the agent compacts and retries instead of failing the turn (#54).
