Casual RAS v0.0.1-alpha

Alpha build of Casual RAS — one desktop app that does both roles:

• Connect to another machine and view its screen (with a remote pointer to point at
  things). Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Share this machine's screen — it asks you for Allow/Deny before any pixels leave.
  macOS-only in this alpha (Linux/Windows sharing is on the way); the Connect side of the
  same app still works everywhere.

View-only (no remote click/keyboard). Peer-to-peer over Iroh/QUIC — no server involved.

Builds are unsigned — on macOS, right-click → Open to bypass Gatekeeper the first time;
on Windows, "More info → Run anyway" past SmartScreen.
