GoMap Android v0.1.0-alpha.3

This prerelease substantially expands the experimental Android port and brings
its map editing experience closer to Go Map!! on iOS.

Highlights

• Added Go Map-inspired Settings, Display, Clear Cache, and GPX Tracks sheets.
• Added persistent foreground GPX recording, sharing, retention controls, and
  red/#FE63F9 map rendering for active/completed tracks.
• Added four functional map display modes, configurable plus-button placement,
  map rotation controls, and landscape-safe control positioning.
• Added a low-latency device compass with a live direction-accuracy cone,
  including the 180-degree low-confidence state.
• Anchored the location puck and direction cone directly to the MapLibre map
  coordinate so they remain synchronized while panning and rotating.
• Improved node and way selection, draft-node reselection, selected-way
  highlighting, and touch target margins.
• Improved whole-object dragging so the overlay and OSM geometry update
  together without lag, post-drag rollback, or a flash of the old position.
• Added functional cache reporting and clearing for OSM data, basemap tiles,
  and temporary data.

Important prerelease limitations

This remains experimental prerelease software. OpenStreetMap edits are local
and in-memory, do not survive an app restart, and cannot yet be uploaded.
