Update to 26.2 jar

Unofficial build for anyone hit by the crash on Minecraft 26.2 while waiting on PotatoPresident to merge the update.
Bumps Fabric API, Mod Menu, and MidnightLib to their 26.2 releases, and fixes two API renames from 26.2's GUI/HUD reorg (Options.hideGui → Gui.hud.isHidden(), and a dropped parameter on submitNameTag).
