Fixed stuff

• Goal check not sending
• Stars not sending
• Fixed franchise checks not sending after franchising
• Lack of checks - dish checks - franchise 3 times checks

What is different

• Added more checks, noticeably dish checks! Individual checks per x dishes (Configured in yaml)
• Added 3 goals each for franchising 1 - 3 times
• Added support for generating template option with options that work ( for the most part )
• Added the first soft gate by making the player speed lower, can be made faster by receiving items
• Some check names are broken, you can see the specific check name in player.log for now. The specific checks that are broken are the dish checks, but you should be able to guess. I will fix it in a later update

1. Download the file below
2. Extract into Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PlateUp\PlateUp\Mods
3. Run the game
