Update the Claude Code identity used by usage and usage-limit reset requests from 2.1.295 to 2.1.299.

  • Preserve the CS_CLAUDE_CODE_VERSION override.
  • Keep credential switching, token refresh and reset behavior unchanged.
  • This release updates the switcher; it does not install or update Claude Code.

Validation: 331 tests passed on Windows/MSVC CI; local GNU Windows tests and release build passed.

Update with npm i -g paper-claude-switch@0.6.3 after npm publication completes.
