Adjusted Winpython VsCode path to the correct directory (t\vscode instead of t)

The Winpython dot release is more than enough to install. As the additional packages for Build123d are installed by pip any necessary dependencies and downloads will be handled by pip.

Adjustment of necessary install size and new version number have been changed.

This release includes all Visual Studio Code extensions , enhancements and features which make it a fully rounded and stable feature release.

Changes will most probably only come if I decide to incorporate a component based approach (which does not seem absolutely necessary as
of now), some bugs are found now that more users might try the installer or if I decide to upgrade the versions of python or Visual Studio Code.
