Practice Problem Generator 1.4.0

This release delivers the calm, course-aligned practice experience and the complete mobile-readable schema-v4 runtime.

Highlights

  • Fixes iPhone and iPad saved-Practice actions that could fail with Failed to open "".
  • Opens saved banks through an exact Obsidian TFile rather than an empty link origin.
  • Adds progressive-disclosure creation, Guided path, dashboard, saved-bank, and settings interfaces.
  • Adds confirmed school-source classifications, source alignment, and clearly disclosed optional AI-supported context.
  • Adds generation time, token, reasoning-token, cache, attempt, and provider-reported cost telemetry.
  • Preserves device-local study recovery, offline mobile practice, image occlusion, LaTeX, history, and analytics.
  • Keeps generation, PDF extraction, media extraction, and local AI execution desktop-only.

Manual installation or update

Download main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css from this release and place them together in:

<vault>/.obsidian/plugins/practice-lab-ai/

Keep the folder ID practice-lab-ai to preserve existing settings and banks. Reload or disable/re-enable the plugin after replacing the files.
