v0.1.4: fix: add file_name condition support to assignment rules

- Add file_name field to AssignmentCondition schema
- Parse file_name from config.json assignment rules
- Match file_name condition in on_post_build assignment loop
- Fix query-file to output arch metadata fields (layer, tier, etc.)
- Load graph as directed to preserve edge direction for auditor
- Add tests for file_name condition and directed edge auditing
