- Add Database.sync_graph_metadata() bulk method to write arch_meta_*
  values back to nodes.semantics in the DB
- Call sync_graph_metadata in on_post_analyze and audit CLI command
- Fixes query-file returning 'Unknown' for layer/tier/purity/role/pattern
