Hotfix release for live browser-agent create smoke. Keeps the default client timeout unchanged while giving computer create a longer per-request read timeout so slower template provisioning can return a computer id instead of timing out locally. Python package published to PyPI; npm publish skipped because the JS package version is unchanged.
