I'm using Fast4DReg for the first time on 3D images (one timepoint) as our microscope has recently gone out of alignment.
When using channel estimate+apply or just channel apply I get the same error which is "channels x slices x frames <> stack size in line 156/283"
Is this an issue when using 3D versus 4D data sets, or is this an issue that arose due to ImageJ updates?
