Automation Control Plane 0.27.3 / v0027-r3

A deterministic, evidence-backed orchestration release that adds multi-cluster management without moving SEM, safety, fieldbus or final actuator authority out of the owning Worker.

Highlights

  • explainable target placement by capabilities, labels, failure domains and exclusions;
  • immutable SHA-256 Plan v2 with a nine-step journaled Saga;
  • direct Helm, Argo CD, Flux and outbound-only cluster-agent paths with one write owner;
  • Kubernetes lease plus central epoch, HMAC and fencing for agent execution;
  • four-eyes and per-wave approval, pause/resume and idempotent continuation;
  • digest-verified evidence bundles, audit hash chain, metrics, alerts and Grafana dashboard;
  • byte-preserved 588-file Control Plane v0026-r1 boundary and separate runtime digest binding.

Validation

The packaged result is deliberately PASS_WITH_EXTERNAL_GATES_OPEN: integrity, byte identity, static/functional, Helm-boundary and runtime-binding gates passed. Live registry, Helm/kubectl, Kubernetes, CNI, storage, PKI, PostgreSQL and GitOps target acceptance remains mandatory.
