Automation System Runtime v0.101.0

First public release of the local-first industrial automation runtime developed over several years.

This release preserves the verified v0.101 runtime and adds a professional public presentation: architecture, deployment, performance methodology, technical assessment, contribution, security, support, licensing and product positioning.

Core capabilities

• Node-local final authority with monotonic fencing and explicit transfer
• Durable file WAL, SQLite journal, registry view and mirror outbox
• MQTT TLS/mTLS transport hardening, HMAC validation, deduplication and expiry
• UUID-only actuator intents with owner-side fieldbus resolution and readback
• Modbus, S7, OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, KNX and gateway-oriented fieldbus adapters
• Standalone and distributed profiles with hardware-free cross-runtime validation

Qualification status

The architecture and supplied release evidence are substantial, but this public version is deliberately described as pre-production / technically validated. It does not claim SIL certification, hard real-time guarantees or universal production readiness. Perform target-specific safety, latency, load, fieldbus and recovery qualification before operational deployment.
