Updates the default pre-trained model (matching gmm.pth + dec.pth pair, from round_202 of grid_search_selected_040726) and fixes a decoder configuration mismatch present since v2.0.0. dec.pth is attached here and is downloaded automatically by the package on first use - see the installation docs for details.
