Release 1.7.3

  • Profile Creation Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where creating a new profile required restarting the launcher before being able to play.
  • Smarter Linux Updates: Improved update detection on Linux to automatically install the .deb package when OpenLauncher is installed via a package manager, falling back to the .bin build when needed.
  • Code Cleanup: Removed legacy and unused code paths to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.
  • Automatic Update Checks: Added an option to enable or disable automatic update checks when launching OpenLauncher.
  • Manual Update Check: Added a button in Settings to manually check for updates at any time.
